Membership Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a PhysioAdvisor membership or any physiotherapy service from our website, you signify that you agree to our Terms & Conditions as set out in this document.
1) Charges and Payments
Our charges for monthly (and yearly) membership plans are listed on our website (www.physioadvisor.com.au) and may be changed from time-to-time. Payments are due for the full month (or year, depending on the membership type) for which any part of the month (or year) has included access to the “Members Only” section of the PhysioAdvisor website. Payments are due for any month (or year) on the same date, or the closest date in that month (or year), to the date of the month (or year) you signed up with us and made your first monthly (or yearly) payment (the “Pay Date”). For any month (or year) for which you have already paid, you will not be reimbursed any amount following cancellation of your membership. If membership is cancelled before the end of the membership period, you will not be entitled to any refunds of amounts already paid.
2) Refunds
We are required to provide a refund only if we terminate our services to you without cause before the end of a month (or year) for which you have paid. There is no other circumstance in which you will be entitled to a refund from us. We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds in other situations subject to any member seeking such refund applying for the refund in accordance with the requirements we communicate with them or post on the website, which may be changed from time to time.
Please note that no refund will be provided for any members seeking such refund associated with any changes made to the site including any website functionality or content changes which may be associated with such events as a website upgrade or change.
3) Term, Termination and Removal
Either party may terminate the Membership at any time for any reason. Members can cancel their membership by accessing the “My Account” page on the PhysioAdvisor website and following the procedure outlined, or, by accessing their PayPal account and going through the appropriate PayPal procedure. We may suspend our services to you at any time with or without cause. We will refund a pro rata portion of your monthly (or yearly) prepayment or reimburse you if we terminate you without cause. We will not refund and/or reimburse you in such manner, if there is cause, such as you using or sharing our intellectual property inappropriately or sharing your membership login details etc.
4) Account and Password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account username and password provided to you. You will not share your membership username and password with anyone or any third party. You are solely responsible for uses of any account provided to you, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Health Professional Members are entitled to share their login details only with patients or clients that they have treated or seen in a professional capacity, in person, on or after the period beginning from one month prior to their membership start date.
Corporate Members are entitled to share their login details only with the number of employees that have been paid for in their respective package.
5) You acknowledge and agree to be bound by PhysioAdvisor’s General Terms & Conditions.
